Do I get the chance to meet journalists directly?

Yes. After each 50-minute media panel, the journalists spend 30+ minutes meeting attendees directly to make introductions and share thoughts for further engagement.

Can I attend just one day?

Registration is designed as a full two-day experience covering both venues and the gala dinner. If you need to discuss a single-day arrangement, contact peter@bluesky-pr.com.

Is accommodation included?

No. Delegates book their own accommodation. Preferential rates may be available at hotels near the venues, and we can provide you with further details.

Registration closes 15 days before the event for inclusion in conference materials. Fees cover all sessions, scheduled meals, refreshments and the conference dinner; travel and accommodation excluded. Substitutions permitted with written notice up to 15 days prior. Cancellations in writing 30+ days before the event qualify for a refund minus £90 / €105 / $125 admin fee; no refunds thereafter. If BlueSky Education cancels, delegates may transfer to another BlueSky event or request a full refund. All registrations subject to availability and acceptance at the organiser's discretion.
